Stayed in this hotel with friends in November. Very poor hotel. It needs renovation as soon as possible. Many damp places in the room. Need urgent painting also. My friend even saw rats n lizard in the AC. So we check out immediately.

this is one of the good hotel to stay in haridwar. it is present very near to market so any one can go by walk and shop. rooms are comfortable and clean. staff is guest friendly. food is also good. near to the holy river ganga.

You cannot get anything better in Haridwar for this much money. It's being a tourist place and location is just near Harkipaudi & Sarvanand ghat. Dedicated staff. I stayed for just one night and it was awesome. Room size is decent.

I have been to Haridwar many times and stayed there at Gyan Ganga Heritage . The Maintenance is not good . The A/c does not work we stayed in room 401 . The A/c was not working . The TV is still the old antique time . The services are just normal to what we pay . High expectation should not be made with this property . The Service is very slow if you ask anything then we have to wait for 30 min to get the action from the staff . The Staff try to do there best as lack of total number of staff its delayed . Else the property is good .
